Tested Metal Crash Barriers
Narayan Group has emerged as the single largest entity providing barriers that are performance-oriented. These barriers are crash tested in designated laboratories in Italy, France, Germany, and a select few European countries. The barriers now required to be tested are to be certified are field worthy in line with the latest European Standards EN1317, 182.
PAINTING: POXY PAINT &
ANTI-CARBONATION PAINT
In 2021-22, Narayan Buildcon also completed the rehabilitation of a major bridge for MMRDA on tho Mumbai Metro which included primer and epoxy painting of concrete and painting of the bridge.
It has also successfully completed
Mumbai Metro Lino 7 project with those services.
Narayan Buildcon has experience in executing specialized primer, epoxy paint, and anti-carbonation painting work at government structures.
Narayan Buildcon also offers technical services and undertakes contracts for Primer, Epoxy Paint, and Anti Carbonation Painting works. Our expertise is in qualified management and trained personnel had made several successful projects. Anti-carbonation coatings, which uses as surface treatments that have a high resistance to carbon dioxide. They shield the concrete from carbonation by acting as o barer. Protection of RC structures by a suitable protective coating is a well-accepted method for increasing the service life in such an extreme environment.

REBAR COUPLERS, REBAR COLD-FORGED & PARALLEL THREADING
Narayan Buildcon provides onsite
Robar throading, cold-forged and parallol-throading machino. Wo ensure smooth operation by mobilization of the machinery, and skilled and experienced technicians at the customer site.
The rebar couplers are also commonly known as mechanical splices(junctions). Rebar couplers are used for joining Rebar with full tension capacity. The ends of the bar to be joined are provided with threads, and the bars are joined using a coupler sleeve that transfers the force on the rebar across the connection.
